Youth Salon Submission form is now online
Criteria for participation for the Youth Salon
Eligibility: The Youth Salon is looking for submissions by youth under 22 years of age who are Latin American, of Latin American heritage, or identify as Latino or Latinx who has at least one of the following roles in the making of the film; writer, actor, director, producer, or editor. Non-English language works must have English subtitles at the time submitted.
Youth submissions are open now and will close on May 15, 2016. It is our hope that some of your students will submit their works and allow us the honor to share with our growing and diverse community.
Guidelines:
- Films (or excerpts) should not exceed 20 minutes
- No submission fee for films submitted to the youth program
- Each film submitted and accepted for screening will require a parental consent for any youth under 18.
