Dear Parent / Guardian
The Youth Artist Program (YAP) has organized a field trip Friday, May 31, 2019, to The Philadelphia Latino Film Festival. This Field trip is for up to 10 participants on a first come first served basis. Please return this permission slip quickly to ensure your child’s reservation. Please ensure to inform your child’s respective school that they will need to be excused for the day.
The YAP studio at 2600 N. 5th street will be open @ 8 AM and able to receive your child that morning if they cannot leave the school premises without a guardian and cannot come to Taller from home on their own.
